Collection: Hapeh

Rapè (pronounced hapeh) is the Portuguese word for snuff.  The various tribes of the Brazilian rainforest have used rapè as part of their shamanic, ritual and social practices for millennia and it has now gained popularity outside of the Amazon.  Named first by the tribe, ie, 'Yawanawa' and secondly often by the primary plant component often in the form of an ash ie, 'Tsunu' or another aromatic botanical.  Rapè is administered with a kuripe or Tepi available HERE.
