Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment. This excludes weekdays, bank holidays, solstice and equinoxes.
For UK customers
If you are a domestic (UK) customer we will usually send your order via 1st Class Royal Mail signed-for service. This should take 1-3 days from the date of sending.
As this is a signed for service someone will need to be home to receive the delivery. If you miss the delivery Royal Mail will leave a card telling you so. You can then either collect your order from your local sorting office or reschedule a collection.
Orders over 2kg in weight may go via a difference courier of our choice. These will be tracked or signed for services.
For International customers
If your delivery address is outside the UK we will usually send your order with a Royal Mail tracked or signed for service. This may depend on your country. Delivery times vary based on country however for a rough guide:
Europe - 5-7days
Rest of the World - 7-14 days

Delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the times stated above please email to let us know. Please provide your order number and confirm your delivery address.
For international customers, 99% of the time delays are down to processing times in customs and they almost always show up albeit a few days to a week or so late.
We will not consider processing refunds for orders that are delayed in the postal service or customs until 30 days from the date of sending has elapsed. Please be patient, delayed orders almost always turn up!
